hysterical: some idiot just robbed an old lady at a starbucks. cop was literally on top of the bad guy as he ran out the door. How dumb do you have to be to commit a highly visible crime where cops hang out? They're even in uniform, i'm not talking about plainclothes units. LOL.
eta: strong arm robbery is not at all hysterical. only the fact that the dude chose to do it at a starbucks.
