I finally got the last of the framed stuff up in my office. Well, the last of what I wanted. Never say "the last" when it comes to hanging stuff on the wall.
Kat, I think a tutu and plain black tights would be killer cute.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, nail polish, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

How can those kids be turning 4 already? Unpossible!
I am so tired I can't really imagine doing anything else this afternoon except napping. Not sure there's time for me to nap, however.
Thanks to my Fitbit tracker, I've learned that I'm only walking 3 miles on an average day when I really should be aiming for 5. Since it's winter, I guess I'll be using the treadmill more often.
t, I tie a knot in the ribbon where I want the hat to rest, then use a bobby pin to attach the ribbon right above the knot to either the edge of the hat or the band on the inside. The heavier hats are a challenge, but I have got 10 up thus far. Also hung up a picture, timely (in a board continuity way) it is the poster I got in Oakland the Zmayhem wedding weekend.
it looks like they are pulling everything out, which makes me so sad
They are pulling some stuff out, but are planning on reusing a lot of it. They even were able to cut out some of the "cake" plaster work since it was on a canvas, so they can recreate it in the newly created space. They took a tour of the project manager's office (an old church!), where they have piles of stuff in the back covered in tarps from various projects that they'll be reusing in other projects, including This Old House--one pile was old wood siding from another house that they're going to use as flooring in this house.
I meant to add--Yay Connie! Walking in the water is a total workout--go you!!
At the end of my mile today, I decided to add on some leg exercises. I kept my legs underwater and just moved them out and back together 50 times, to try and do something for my inner thighs.
After the swim, I stopped by the Mexican grocery store on the way home to restock my fridge and pantry. I got some chorizo sausage, some beef cubes for stew that I'm going to put in the slow cooker tomorrow, and some ground beef, red bell peppers, and jalapenos for chili I'm cooking tonight.
Question on jalapeno chopping--the cooking shows say to use gloves when cutting them. Do I really need to? I just want to slice off the white stuff to cut down on the heat and then chop them up for the chili.
Thanks to my Fitbit tracker
shrift, tell me everything! Are you liking it? How is it supporting your efforts? Have you tried it on sleep mode?
What should I know to push me over the purchasing edge?

I think it depends on how many there are, and how tough your skin is. If you can use a cloth or something to swipe away the seeds, that might take care of the problem. I don't think I would try to do more than one without gloves, though.
Good! One should take care of the added heat for my chili batch. I'll see if I can handle it with a paper towel to cut down on the amount of heat ick that actually gets on my hands.
I spent the longest time in the supermarket today looking for "chipotle chiles in adobo sauce." Turns out that this Ralph's puts Mexican foods separate for the other "ethnic" foods. Without any sort of signage. Next to the salad dressing. It's kind of weird.
Chicken roasting in the oven. Nice smell of rosemary in the apartment.
Eating lemon pound cake and sipping fizzy juice. I feel very self-sufficient this week.
Watching Harry's Law. It's incredibly precious. And agenda-riffic.
