So I still have this post-nasal drip problem and the flonase is constricting my sinuses but not getting rid of the mucus. Any suggestions for something OTC that will dry me out? Powerful decongestant? Nasal spray? I don't think I'm ready for the neti.

bon bon, plain saline nasal spray, while not as efficacious as the neti, can be used for nasal irrigation. Just spray several times up each nostril - I think holding your head over a bowl of steaming water, or taking a really hot shower, first might improve the effects.

Decently tasty, but the recipe was startlingly small. It made less than three full waffles. Okay for me, but useless for most people.
