I'm with Sail in hating all chores. There aren't any that I will do rather than do something else, I am more likely to just hide from them all.
Round one in the kitchen accomplished. Going to take at least a couple more before I should do any baking, probably. I don't have to go out and do anything today, though, so that's fine.

I was earwormed with a horrible 70s song, so S. just sang the Mets song for us. And then Sara told him not to go on American Idol. Burned.
Skipping oh-so-way-too-much, after no internet (!) for over a week (!!)* but at least on time for, according to the Buffista Calendar, a double Buffista birthday: both Beverly's as well as Benno's.

* The apartment is lovely, and we're both glad we rented it, but, goodness, the infrastructure here apparently really wants to isolate us from the outside world, and is ready to take any nasty measures in order to ensure said isolation. Sigh.
And deepest apologies for -t, Pix and Connie neil, whose birthdays I've sadly missed. I mean, my wishes from across the ocean were heartfelt, but not font-felt, and on an internet message board, that's what counts.

Why does CI not seem to have basic membership slow cooker recipes? I'm really enjoying working through their stuff, and that's what I wanted to cook next.
