I'm roasting mushrooms, eggplant, and garlic for a veggie lasagna that I'm taking to my mom's this weekend. Third layer will be frozen spinach sauteed with the garlic that I roasted tonight as well. I'll make and bake them on Saturday and just reheat them on Sunday.

Tonight I made bean burritos for dinner. I'm pretty sure that counts as preparing dinner, but it doesn't actually rise to the level of cooking.
I totally hear you -- I think of most of what I do as "making food," not cooking, although people who Don't Cook would disagree.

I'm a bit ashamed that's going to be my first groupon, but I've been putting off a trip to the laundromat for the longest time, and just doing maintenance washing. Of darks. About how much is 25lbs of laundry, I wonder? I'm shit at that sort of estimation.
