Simon: I'm trying to put this as delicately as I can... How do I know you won't kill me in my sleep? Mal: You don't know me, son. So let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Now tagless for your comfort.

(Howcanyouhaveanamewithoutvowels)

Talk to the Welsh. They'll figure it out.

I totally forgot a board meeting tonight. Which conflicts with the last night of the kids' swim lessons. No sitter. Gah. I'm a doofus.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

FML?

I am drinking a Sodastream drink. I can't tell if it's the syrup, the water, or my meds (I suspect my meds), but there's a weird aftertaste. Still. Science! Magic!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Dude. I just wandered around the house and passed the bathroom mirror. I have truly epic bedhead right now. Where was all this volume in the eighties?

Coding and Sleeping

No surprise but Border's has filed chapter 11, and it sounds like avoiding liquidation could be iffy.

Looks like it's possible there will only be one significant player in terms of shelf-space. That can't be good.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Wait, the government hates vowels? Is this some deficit-cutting bullshit?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, I also forgot to say, Yay DEERHOUND! because that was one awesome dog. I wish they showed the earlier rounds because I think I would learn a lot seeing the comparisons within a breed, but I really enjoyed the show, me and the Biscuit both. Perfect sickie television, low demanding, pleasant viewing. gentle soothing voices.

Also, yay for science! magic! Boo for aftertaste but yeah it may be meds. I find the Dr. Pepper clone has a weird non-Dr.-Peppery aftertaste, but I haven`t noticed aftertaste issues with any of the other flavors.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Well sure. You have to buy vowels, after all. Consonants are free for the asking.
