Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

I don't think any famous folk went to my high school. Unless the teacher who had one of his books become an Oprah's pick was also an alumni....(Wally Lamb taught at my high school, but I didn't have him as a teacher. Actually, I suspect he wasn't at the school at the time I was.)

Yay! Glad to hear the job is working out, zuisa!

I went to the Peruvian Consulate to get a visa today. Their voicemail was full, so I couldn't make an appointment. I think it's actually some guy's garage. But he was very nice.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Man, LL Cool J's I Need Love is some awkward songwriting.

But I think finally I can shut this damned NPR off. Cycled through. It's been making me obsess.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I had a busy day. haircut, cats to vets (something is up with Sylvester, will know more tomorrow), then shoe shopping and lunch with mom (got a needed new pair of brown heels and an unneeded but AWSOME pair of leopard print heels), picked up mac, then to his therapy. good gravy.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I hope Sylvester is all right, msbelle. Poor kitty.

I got my mile swim in at 70 minutes today--shaved 3 minutes off my best time so far! My original goal was to get it under 60 minutes by the end of summer, and I might have to move that up to Memorial Day.

And, my friend L and I are going to stick with swimming on Monday and Wednesday instead of Tuesday/Thursday, I think, because it's just lap swimmers and no kids having lessons to dodge around. I had the lane to myself for the entire swim tonight--yay! Of course, that might be because of Valentine's Day, but I guess we'll find out for sure on Wednesday.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

OMG, Cash, you look so awesome.

zuisa, I'm so glad you stopped by to share. Sounds (and looks) like you're having an amazing trip.

I didn't realize there had been another infestation.
