So that's my dream. That and some stuff about cigars and a tunnel.

I'm going to hypothesize that when amych was in high school, there was a lot of big hair. (mr. flea's yearbook is like a paean to hairspray; he lived in a heavily Italian-American suburb.)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

My most famousest alum from HS, before my time?

David Sedaris. BOOYAH.

Librarian Warlord

I don't know who would be the most famous from my high school - it is a big school, in a upper middle class town so there is a list of possibilities. Johnathan Larson, who wrote Rent, was in my sister's graduating class.

K's fever hit 103, and she spent most of the day in my lap. Poor boo.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

When you search on kid comicon she comes up just a few pages in. She's not what I'm looking for. I did do krav with her. You totally couldn't tell by looking at her that she was...you know...one of them. Like that.

call me jacki; zuisa is an internet nick from ancient times =)

Hi everyone!!!

I found fast, free internet at the Christchurch City Library, so I am taking advantage =)

Of course, all download sites are blocked, which is completely understandable, but I miss my TV shows! That is honestly my one complaint about life right now, though, so things are going well!

My job is absolutely amazing. The people are great, the places we visit are great... the one place to hang out after work is the crew bar so the ship might make me a bit of a drunk, but other than that!

Because books.

zuisa, that's nice to hear! Although I do want to call you Julie the Cruise Director.

K's fever hit 103, and she spent most of the day in my lap. Poor boo.

Aw, poor noodle. They're so limp when it's that high. It's always a little scary.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Hi, zuisa!! Glad you're having a great time!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I'm going to hypothesize that when amych was in high school, there was a lot of big hair

Oh my yes. Yes there was.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

According to the internet, Jackie Kennedy went to my high school - how did I not know this until now? I guess she's not technically an alum since she was only there for grades 7-9. (The school is grades K-12; I only went for high school.)

Actual famous alumns include Brooke Astor, Susan Ford and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. And the two Thai princesses who were in the lower (elementary) school while I was there.

It's wigging me out that the Wikipedia page also lists Michele Gielan, who was in my year.

Now tagless for your comfort.

The photographer is uploading our photos from the roller derby photo shoot. My derby socks and sitting.

I went to high school with Rick Fox. And the guy that played Rade Butcher in Hoosiers.
