I've got to adjust how I sit at work. My shoulders and back are exhausted by the time I get home, but are fine in the pool. I think I'm tensing up my back and shoulders. Posture's good, but... I guess it might be tension. It's been a rough month. Adjusting my chair.

I am all in favor of red dresses. And red clothes in general. Today I wore a red and black top, black skirt, and black sort of fishnets over BRIGHT red tights. And knee-high boots.
