That's my little Burrell right there. Such beautiful coloring, although that's not why I chose her at all. We found her as a tiny kitten in a restaurant parking lot. Really, I had no choice. She needed a home.
I know, Connie, I know. She has to take a couple of classes over the summer to officially finish, but she will walk the stage in May. 3 years. She is buzzing about announcements, a potential class ring, worried about the cap and gown costs, and so on. Oh, and also her full load of classes, her job at Old Navy, and her PT internship.

It is a receptionist position at a big construction company, bridges and stuff type construction. Commute probably 30-40 minutes.

I have to say, I like most cats. I was never fond of longhairs, but my parents have one, and he's pretty great. And handsome.
I have a purr-monster on my lap right now. When I get home, she gets all impatient waiting for me to sit down so she can sit on my lap.
ita and I are snack twins, today! I just scarfed down two lemon bars from my refrigerator. Nom.
I need to find something to do with the buttermilk I got on Saturday
Fried chicken. Any chicken really. I made chicken pot pie and I marinated the chicken overnight in buttermilk before I baked it. Yum.
