I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Yes, she did.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

So America's still dirrty?

Trust my rage

Did you all see that Walter Payton thing? It was filmed at Camp Speicher. It didn't see Joe but I did see several of our close friends n

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

America isn't watching anything o'er the ramparts, but we're really proudly hailing.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Someone didn't do their text-work. If you don't know what you're saying, you're not going to say it well.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I may tune in for the second half, but for now I'm off to the grocery store for ground lamb. But, now that -t has mentioned it, I may have to pick up cheese dip and nacho chips.

Punishingly Intricate

I just had a cheese and apple snack. Good but no chips and dip

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Good luck with the ground lamb, Sail. Last time I needed some, I had to girnd up some chops or steaks or something in the food processor - 4 stores, no ground lamb.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

bon bon, where?

Spent the morning in Northridge running errands. I cannot believe how windy it has been.

Noah looked at the TV (showing the Superbowl) and said, "That's a bad guy." On screen were John Madden and George Bush.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

At the Winter Farmers Market, I asked at the local "ranchers" booth about ground lamb, and it turned out they'd run out early. Said it was quite the thing these days. If I can get it, I use it instead of ground dark turkey, because it has even more flavor to it.
