Oh, at first it was confusing. Just the idea of computers was like — whoa! I'm eleven hundred years old! I had trouble adjusting to the idea of Lutherans.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I spent a lot of the dream telling people that in my dimension, he was The Man.)

LOL, not so much in my dimension!

Jilli, those stockings are gorgeously worth learning to knit! I can see you, with a little training, producing some amazing, elegant garments.

Punishingly Intricate

The sister of a friend of ours went on a date or two with Keith Olbermann. He was a real odd duck, evidently, and very hard of hearing.

ION, I really wish I had a superbowl party to go to tonight so I would have an excuse to eat chips and dip for dinner!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm with you, Lisa. I'm having Family Dinner as usual, but I bet it will not be seven-layer dip.

I knew you'd understand, Jesse.

FTR, if I were making my own dinner tonight, it would totally be queso, football or no football.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I bought some vegan queso (actually really good) for Super Bowl, but I ended up eating almost all of it before, along with all the chips. (I only bought one small bag of chips, because I know I can't stop eating them once I start.) I've still got plenty of beans and rice and salsa and guacamole, though, so I think I'll make a burrito bowl for dinner.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

sj, I know! Aren't they pretty? I love all the patterns from that company, but wow, I bet they are VERY FAR from my skill level with sticks & string.

Pretty enough that I want to learn how to knit now too!

This morning kripkat started PULLING MY HAIR at 6 am. Biting my head, getting a hank of hair, pulling, and making a fart spitting sound with his mouth from the suction. Unbelievable.

Luckily, Loki mostly reserves that for aveda hair products day.

I got a couple hours more sleep, swam, cleaned up some papers and consolidated my tax documents so far. And finally replaced my color ink cartridge. I find it so annoying that if the printer is out of color, it won't just let me use black.

And now Devi is meowing plaintively at me, but whenever I try to pet her, she gets bitey. Confused little bitchkitty.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Laundry is folded (I know y'all were waiting for an update). I just need to drag it in my room and put stuff away. Which I'm much more likely to do now that it is folded.

Homemade guac is ready along with a bowl of chips. I watch one football game a year. Mainly so I'm not clueless at the office on Monday.
