Need pictures! FTR, I've had luck with denying them people-food=not interested in people-food. But it takes work ( for me, commitment came after a 2 am epic barf after Devi ate a whole biscuit. Uhg.) and MK would climb onto my plate without bitchy Devi's presence. With Loki, it was just shoving, since Ms. Louise let him eat off her plate.

If I can remember how to get pictures from my phone to the picture I'll post a few. I don't remember my older cats being this aggressive about food when they were kittens, but that was 10 years ago, I might have just forgotten. This little one just has no boundaries at all. But good about the litter box, which is way more important to me.
I'm pretty cooked after that.
I know I've hit my limit swimming when my toes start to cramp up. I keep them pointed with the kicking, and they can only take so much pointing before they start to curl up and protest.
Loki is so great in that harness, and really seems to enjoy his walks! I'm afraid that if I tried to take Amarna out, she'd scurry up a tree as far as the leash would allow her, since she loves to shimmy up the side of her cat condo.
All of mine were food aggressive, but I shut it down in one way or the other. Pretty much about redirecting/denying until they forget to beg. Devi, I just denied, and then with MK, she sat by my plate dissuading him cause she's mean. Loki, just never let him have a chance. I'd learned.
Grr. Note to commercial writers: The Dodge Caravan probably did metaphorically birth all other minivans. It did NOT, however, "LITERALLY" birth them!! Ay.
Heh, to the Dodge Caravan.
Mostly, I just have to remember that voracious kitten is voracious. Kitty!
Aw, furbutt!
What a fuzzy thing!! Is she/he all black?
Eeee, kitten! So cute!
Oh, and watch out, or the cat will not only erase your messages, but rerecord your outgoing message on your machine. Amarna did that once by walking over the machine and managing to hit the right button(s). I didn't notice exactly what she had done, just knew that she was making something beep on the thing, until my mom called later that afternoon when I was in the bathroom and couldn't get to the phone in time before the machine picked up. What she heard was "[Pause.] Mrrrrow? What the--cat, get off of that! MRRRROWWWW! [BEEP.]" Mom's message consisted of her laughing her ass off.
