Don't worry, we're sure to spot Faith first. She's like this cleavagy slut-bomb walking around 'Ooh, check me out, I'm wicked-cool, I'm five-by-five.'

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My life is woefully bereft of ridiculously pretty boys to ogle. I don't know where I went wrong.

You know, the premise of telling someone "don't hit on her, she's a lesbian" is pretty insulting. It should be "don't hit on her, she doesn't want you to." Not sure why that just occurred to me.

Not that I haven't lied and flashed a faux gay card in desperation.

Ita, im sure I could find some ladies to help if you wanted to make that a real gay card. IJS

My TJs is a block away. And ao I don't worry about parking. And it's hipster heaven, so few children.

Somewhat oddly, I've only ever pretended to be gay with family. With one cousin who later came out and another who later transitioned. I'm still a liar, though.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I've been a block from meara's place! But meara herself was out of town at the time. So I just strolled through the Trader Joe's. As a tourist.

And then he said he wanted to spray Cell-Phone-On-Speaker lady with a water gun when I rolled my eyes at her. So that won my heart.

He just won mine too.

The status is NOT quo.

My day, let me show you it. Started with pup getting sick at school and having to haul ND out of bed to drive across town to get pick her up (yes, my dog went home sick). Then involved CRAZY PARENT who the school is seriously considering filing a cease and desist letter against via lawyer. Yeah. Can't say more than that, but this woman is batshit craxy. Then there were meetings and the glavin.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

And then he said he wanted to spray Cell-Phone-On-Speaker lady with a water gun when I rolled my eyes at her. So that won my heart.

Oh yeah, that's a winner.

Because books.

Twenty minutes? That's like an eye-blink by California-driving-standards.

I don't live in California. And I have two other supermarkets minutes away.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Yeah, I just checked, and the closest Trader Joe's to me is 117 miles away.

Probably Pikesville. But the parking is OK! And next to a B&N.
