And Kaylee, what the hell's goin' on in the engine room? Were there monkeys? Some terrifying space monkeys maybe got loose?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Thundersnow!

(Sorry. Not entirely sober.)

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

monster record breaking Cyclone headed for Australia

Geez, has the flooding even gone down in Queensland?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Tommy, I think you mean THUNDERSNOW!!! that is the traditional spelling.

I thought OMGWTFPOLARBEARS!!!eleventy!!1!! was the traditional spelling. Or is that just the pronunciation?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Ugh. I can't even figure out how to get around in the new IO9.

But the effect is almost certainly the opposite of what the intended, because it feels like...There's nothing here. Where did all the content go?

So, while they're yammering about quick loading pages and avoiding getting lost in the blog roll and highlighting their big features (which I thought they did fine in their header section), now I'm just disinclined to go back until they debug it.

Then again, I was one of those people who could NOT believe that Apple would put out a desktop computer without a floppy disk slot. So, I'm not in the Change Is Good camp.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Ugh, again.

I don't want to scroll through One Post At a Time. And I can't tell enough from the ToC listings on the headline section to see if I want to go into that article. Or in and out.

This is not faster. This is slower.

The teaser structure of the blogroll is much more efficient, you dumbasses.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wait until you try and have a conversation. It's so very broken.

Everyone was flipping out around here. I think that it's just rain. Not freezing rain, not the dreaded Wintry Mix, rain.

Dagnabbit. I went to pay my rent and my account balance was lower than expected. I covered the rent payment then went digging in my account history, figuring I had just miscalculated in my head. Nope, someone is using my account to buy electronics.

Now I get the pleasure of hitting my credit union in the morning to submit the fraud paperwork, block my card, get a new card, and update the places where I have automatic payments set-up. I know I'm going to miss one and mess everything up.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Now I'm wide awake, pissed off, and don't think I'll be able to sleep anytime soon.
