Wow, the strip steak I just cooked was better than the last couple of steaks I've had out in restaurants! So glad that I was put off by the sickly-looking eyes of round at the first grocery store I went to tonight and opted to try my luck at a second one instead.

Y'all have been busy in here!
We got a good bit of snow, but it was kinda warm so no more accumulation than an inch or so. We'll see what happens tomorrow with work. Our morning trip was fine today, and the SO was going to call off his afternoon trip, but it was clear there, so he ended up going in after all.
I feel dubious about tomorrow, but that may be more wishful thinking than reality.
