It is easy to teach someone to do a Rubic's cube and then practice can cut the time down.
Unlike riding a bike, you can totally forget how to do it though. I "borrowed" Nephlet's one Christmas and never could remember how to solve it.

The point is not that he's capable of doing it, it's that he bothered to learn. It was rare enough when I was a kid, let alone now.

Since husband is starting his new job tomorrow, we're looking at benefits. He is now going to be working at my company. For some reason, it's cheaper for me to get my insurance and him to get his separately, than it is for one of us to get employee + spouse. I don't understand that.

Because employee+spouse they assume one of you doens't work there--so they're subsidizing it to the tune of one person. Whereas with two separate policies they're subsidizing both.

I mean that it's easier to bother. You don't need to find someone to teach you. I know a bunch of kids who can do it.

Some of the laziest, stupidest and most irritating kids at my school can do it in less than 60 seconds. It's not that impressive. Plus, if you're bored and you don't mind practicing, which practice is something he obviously doesn't mind, then it's no big deal. Or so they tell me.
