I know, world in peril and we have to work together. This is my last office romance, I'll tell you that.

I'm getting boring and/or lazy as I get older. I used to paint my (artificial) nails interesting colors all the time. Now? I get the french manicure ones and stick with that, not inclined to paint them at all. And now that I indulge in the pedicure vice (blaming Kat) I mostly go with crimsons or dark pinks. I don't get this pink thing, it's been invading my life for the past few years. Always raspberry/fuschia/magenta spectrum, I don't do pastels, but I used to not want anything pink.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I find myself struggling with newfound respect for the Bieber, on discovering that he can solve the Rubik's Cube in 90 seconds.

Really? That's...unexpected. I don't know how I feel about that.

I admit to having Katy Perry on my iTunes. It's total candycorn/cotton candy/ inane pop.

I think I'm broken!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

PINK!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Really? That's...unexpected. I don't know how I feel about that.

Exactly! Apparently the thing he was hiding under that hairstyle was cognitive dissonance.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I understand that, but there is still something about her that makes me want to throw things. But I will listen to the Cobra Starship "I Kissed A Boy" parody over and over.

PINK!

With black.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I've known a bunch of people who could solve the Rubik's cube that fast, or faster. General consensus seems to be that most people can do it in five minutes if they sit down for an afternoon to learn it, and then with practice they can get faster.

It all started with a discounted fleece for the trip to Nepal and Bhutan. And now I even have a pink and black swimsuit!

sarameg - Jan 30, 2011 4:12:40 pm PST #20084 of 30001

(OK, the swimsuit is because I just buy a certain style of whatever is discounted in the least ugly color. Which was pink this last time. Army green didn't do it for me.)

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

But I will listen to the Cobra Starship "I Kissed A Boy" parody over and over.

Because it's brilliant. And funny.

The weird thing about polish likes and dislikes - I used to loathe any shimmer. All pedis were done with creme colors. I'd twist and turn bottles to make sure there was no hint of shimmer, frost, gleam or nothing. Now? Oil slick duochromes are the best.
