Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, on the offchance that home renovation hell allows Colin to come over tomorrow, the place should be decent, right? Right? Shit.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

January Jones is quoted in People magazine as saying that her golden globes dress (the one remiscent of red ace bandages) as "demure yet feminine and sexy." ROFLMAO

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

why the awkward balancing act crazy cat?

Mine likes to sleep on my shins or knees. For a not slender cat, she's bony as all hell.

I think breathing is going to win over braining. Oh, Sudafed, I loathe you, but I need you.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Wow, I am really not better. But had a successful outing anyway! Went to the Mapparium, had a drink at The Top of the Hub, and then some noodles, but then I had to send my date on his way and come back home, because I am wiped. Bleh! But at least I got out of the house.

The real question is why I don't go to the Top of the Hub all the damn time -- I thought the drinks would be much more expensive, to pay for the 52nd floor view, but no! Normal prices. So I will go there more for sure. Although I guess it gets crowded at night, but still. Great, great views.

My kitchen is cleared. Not...clean. But cleared. It's step 1. Next I think I shall deal with all the mail. Maybe before I go down and collect more mail. Because there's more than enough to keep me going.

I am lame because I don't feel like getting dressed to go out for dinner and stay out late. I really have to be in the right frame of mind for that, and right now, even with the good company, it just seems onerous.

not your mom's socks.

Washington University in St. Louis student council asks Bristol Palin to come speak on abstinence. Student protests ensue. [link]

Gah. I found a jury duty form in my mail. Luckily not too late. And I found a Christmas card from one of my favourite fanartists, so that's nice. I have put off jury duty until April. Seemed a reasonable amount of time in the future. Not in the middle of any projects already started. I wonder if I get paid for jury duty...

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

wow, going out without mac was EXACTLY what I needed. Beer and wings did not hurt either. The King's Speech, EXCELLENT!

And Grandma get a million gold stars, because not only did she take mac to a movie and not allow any candy, BUT she got him to agree to a haircut and took him for one. (he took scissors to his hair on Thursday night)
