Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'm on my phone because my cable & internet are out, but for human hamster balls, Google "zorbing."

[on my phone and typing too slow, obviously]

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I don't think you overdo your brows, ita. I've never noticed it.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

He is, ain't he? I still see that deadly little fop from Rob Roy every time he leans in and pierces somebody with those pale blues.

From theater makeup class: before a mirror, lay a pencil from the side of your nostril along the inner corner of your eye. Where the pencil crosses your brow line is where your brow should start. Repeat line for nostril to outer eye corner to find where the end point of the brow should be. Pluck or fill in as needed in between those two points. This may look assymetrical at first, and may actually *be* assymetrical, but it will match your eyebrows to your eyes, which is the relevant point. It will look the way it's supposed to, and you'll quickly get used to it.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, eyebrows are another thing that's wrought for me. But I'm definitely plucking not filling. Although I suspect what I ought to do is pluck a little more, and then fill the outer edges properly. I'm happy with where their shape is going, but I don't want to overdo.

I am also baffled as to why Ulta has this Smashbox "Wish" palette, but Smashbox itself and Sephora does not. And Ulta has a 20% off sale, too, but their sale excludes Smashbox. Harumph.

Anyway, I think that is, in fact, the perfect palette for me. It comes with brushes, it has everything except mascara, which I won't wear, and is much better colors for me than the crazy massive Sephora box.

ita, I don't think you overdo your brows. You are not That Woman. I might be, but you are not.

"quickly get used to it" meaning you will notice it and obsess over your brows being uneven, but then be distracted on a daily basis by, oh, shoes. Or fic.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't think you overdo your brows, ita. I've never noticed it.

You've probably never seen me with them done--unless we've been out at night before the migraines. I only just started doing them during the day for work a couple weeks ago.

I don't think they're obvious, and I make sure to blot just in case. I don't want the spaces filled in, so much as I want them thicker. Within the proper shape. Which I should get plucked. Soon.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

My eyebrows are a fright, but I never find the time to get them plucked.

Also? Nails are in need of a manicure. I think I'm going to try the zombie manicure, with a pretty pretty red.
