Well, I just called my doctor to get some refills on prescriptions and they have a new policy: patients call the pharmacy and the pharmacy calls the Clinic. I called the Pharmacy and got a machine that wanted me to enter numbers which I don't have because my meds are all at home.

sumi - that is how my pharmacy/doctors office works also. Once I got in the routine it has been pretty smooth. I hope you experience the same once you are home with the numbers you need.
