I can see how he may have thought that since prostitution is legal in Nevada under certain circumstances (clearly not this one), he was okay. He's an idiot for trying to sue, but not a complete idiot.
I don't get people. Here's a really sweet story, and some commenters seem to be trying to take away from it that the kid's mother is mean, or that Mark Kelly is mean. Does there have to be negative outrage on everything?

3/4 idiot? I mean, he's asking for over a mil because of not enough sex. Even if it was legal, I'd still think he was stupid.
So, all the construction here is mostly done, but annoying stuff still happens. Just now I went to the bathroom. After I closed the door I discovered the door handle had been removed, so I was locked in the bathroom. After a few minutes, a construction guy got the door open for me.
Ugh, ita. I hope you can sleep some over the weekend, and that getting through today is easier than it seems right now.
Speaking of which, It's Friday--what are people doing this weekend?
Grading papers, going to the grocery, and cleaning my house.

I'll be spending the weekend huddled over a laptop trying to finish several writing projects which are due.
I have no concrete plans for the weekend, although I'd like to say...sleep. Trying to learn to do new things with GIMP, I guess.
We are going to an open-house star-watch at the Astronomy department tonight, and probably to an open house at a local park's historic log cabin on Saturday. Plus the usual round of laundry, vacuuming, grocery shopping, dance class for Casper.
