Right! I had forgotten. That's great for Brad. He used to post at AN, and he's a very interesting guy. Nice to know he's a millionaire now. Though the A's bullpen has definitely gotten a bit crowded in the last week.

I have a somewhat ridiculous question. Do any of you have a pair of black leather Mary Janes (that look similar to this or this) that you don't want, that I could give a good home to? I need to find a pair to decorate with spikes so I can take pictures for a tutorial on GCS.

IcompletelyON, the governors of Illinois and Wisconsin have their bets in for this weekend's Bears/Packers game--the loser has to work at a food pantry in the winner's state, while wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the winning team's logo, "as well as fly the team’s flag in the governor’s office on the day before the Super Bowl."
I'm rooting for the Packers, but the new Gov. of WI is a wanker....
