Well, you'd better not be thinking what I think you're thinking, because my answer is the same as always — no threesomes unless it's boy-boy-girl. Or Charlize Theron.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

The Saints game is much more relaxing this week, so far.

Art Crawl!!!

I've never heard of a butter bell!

I spent most of yesterday watching stuff On Demand. I caught up on c.s.i., The Good Wife, NCIS, NCIS: LA and Parenthood.

Think of poor Sarah Braverman's dilemma: having to choose between Kevin Alejandro and William Baldwin. And the show also makes me tear up. I don't cry the way I do with FNL but it's easy to see the family resemblance. Fun to see Minka Kelly on NBC at the same time that Scott Porter is over at CBS. ..now if only somebody like Gaius Charles showed up on Detroit 187.

Seriously, if I could somehow grab all 3 network shows that run at 9 central on Tuesday, I would.

Because books.

Butter bells.

Excellent in theory, not so much in practice, unless there's some trick no one's telling me.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

My neighbor seems to like hers - I'll ask her if she's ever had that problem and if so what she did about it.

Holy crap, this run-book is 13 pages long!!! In my defense, I'm including a lot of maps, but still!

Did you list all the foods and stuff? I used to do that with the boys, meal by meal, what they'd eat, what they wouldn't, how to prepare it exactly right ...

Wow, I don't miss those days.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

And since this book is for grandparents, you know huge chunks of it will be ignored. "I know mommy says you can't have sugary soda, but since we're at the movies, I don't think it will be a problem this once." Luckily, kids and grandparents always seem to survive unscathed.

Heh - my food guidelines are more along the lines of "He can have chocolate milk if he wants, but if he drinks a whole restaurant portion he will probably throw up on you."

(For movies, I'm recommending they stay home & stick to DVDs, since the only age-appropriate thing in theatres right now is Spookley The Square Pumpkin, and I like my in-laws enough not to inflict that on them.)

What do yo mean? Let Me In just opened.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I was working this morning! But it was fun, and yay junior highers.

And then I was fed my second buffet in sixteen hours. I only went up once. Yay me.

Ooh, and I have a butter bell and it has never fallen out! I let the butter soften on the counter a bit, and then I press it in. Then as I take the butter out, I guess I`m kinda pressing it in more with the knife? I dunno. It`s never been a problem. The only problem is that it becomes clear to me how much butter I`m eating, since the SO doesn`t use it.
