Joyce: You don't think it's too obvious? I think I look like I have a cat on my head. Buffy: But a very well groomed cat. Joyce: Well that's a comfort.

Yay for submitted resumes and non-power-failures.

I have four hours before I have to get ready for work. I would like to accomplish several OTs. Namely, two loads of laundry, treadmill time, painted nails, some measure of room cleaning. Treadmill and laundry are up first, since I can accomplish those together. As soon as my Nano updates.

I need to start thinking about finding a new job, too. But what? And where? I think I want to stay in Baltimore for a while. Well, that won't be decided by 2:30p, but I guess I can ruminate while doing other things.

To this day, the only reason I can recite the Preamble to the Constitution is because of Schoolhouse Rock.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

To this day, I consider the number nine to be naughty. (I once saw a rock/blues band do a smoking cover of "Naughty Number Nine.")

Librarian Warlord

"I'm just a bill . . ." pretty much teaches everything 1Ls need to know about the legislative process, I just fill in where they can find the documents produced along the way.

Punishingly Intricate

Kinda ridic happy with the G&N apple pix.

SERIOUSLY!!!

On the zodiac change (or not): I don't really believe in it but, really, how could I NOT be a Virgo?

I think I want to stay in Baltimore for a while.

Do! And, really, we need to hang out more!

I feel like I'm getting a cold and I slipped on the stairs last night and stubbed my toe and then did the same exact thing this morning! My toe hurts like eff and I am frustrated with my lack of grace. It's nothing new but jeezy pete!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I cannot get mac to watch the schoolhouse rocks. I take this as a huge failure. I can get him to sing along with 3 is a magic number, though.

I am not sure that I would have guessed that filling out online apps was preferable to me. Exercise is really not something I want to do apparently.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sue and Sue! Nice pic.

To this day, the only reason I can recite the Preamble to the Constitution is because of Schoolhouse Rock.

You just have to remember to fill in "of the United States of America" after "We the people"...

I just committed to having a draft done this afternoon, so I'm working on that. Then if someone sends me the last thing I need for another project, I can FINALLY check that off my list.

Now tagless for your comfort.

To this day, the only reason I can recite the Preamble to the Constitution is because of Schoolhouse Rock.

It's also why I know the autonomic system of the brain. "Oh, there's a telegraph line! You've got yours and I've got mine. It's called the nervous system!"

I remember in 12th grade when my teacher said "I'm going to show you a video about the legislative process. It's very important, so please play close attention." We all groaned quietly, and then she pressed play, and the beginning notes sounded and we all cheered. I remember my friend Pat and I sitting in the back, bopping and singing along. Good times.
