Ooh, just what I needed today.
So, hi folks, I'm home from the hospital. That was less fun than I'd planned on having this week. Plus my DH is sick too, and today was his first day back at work. Did I mention we got stuck in Atlanta's blizzard on Sunday night and had to rent a car and drive home on Monday, which took 9.5 hours (it should take about 4)? So, not our best week ever. Bleh.

How did I not realize, until I just read it on Go Fug Yourself, that Winona on Justified is the same actress as Karen fucking Darling from Dirty Sexy Money??? Possibly because the characters are such opposites.
Will start on oatmeal every morning.
It seriously brought my total cholesterol down by about 9%. (I feel like I should be in a Quaker Oat commercial.)
In- My diet change will start gradually and will not be in full effect until after my birthday -news, I had approx 4 oz of cheese with my salad.

I'm going to head over to Whole Foods after work and pick up some yogurt, oatmeal, and other assorted stuff to try and do some cooking this weekend. I've still got a lot of chili left over from Saturday's cooking session, but I really should do something with the chicken I've got in the freezer. I had chicken salad from the cafeteria today, and was not too happy with it due to the excessive amount of mayo.
