sara, the last round of vomit that promoted cleaning the first set of car seat covers was not pink -- turkey soup and orzo.

I wonder if Grace is developing an intolerance to coconut milk or if she caught Noah's stomach bug?

It is roto season. Not something you really want to experiment with, but really the only way.

I marvel at those who thrift shop. I barely can manage places like Marshalls or TJMaxx. I'm just overwhelmed on every level and need to flee. Stacks at Target, I can do. Even big department stores make me insane. I need more order. Well, I need like online, but not online cause I actually have to try shit on.

This is from a NYT article quoting a Tea Party person: [link]

“While we need to take a moment to extend our sympathies to the families of those who died, we cannot allow the hard left to do what it tried to do in 1995 after the Oklahoma City bombing,” he wrote. “Within the entire political spectrum, there are extremists, both on the left and the right. Violence of this nature should be decried by everyone and not used for political gain.”

I have been thinking this afternoon how Sarah Palin is a lot like Timothy McVeigh in pumps and apparently even fellow Tea Party folks see that.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

It's possible that I'm making plans to go to London in July.

Would you like an Oyster card? Mine still has some credit on it.

One of the many things about radiators I adore? How I get blissed out cats lying on them, stoned by the warmth. Really happy cats.

For me, thrifting is aaaaallll about the Thrill Of The Hunt. Well, and the staring at something and figuring out what it could be turned into.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yes, I see you hate my polar bears! No, I figured it was in the queue, but I figured you`d delete it if you needed to. And you did!

For the record, sometimes I delete submissions when I want to post them as a photo or something, rather than the original link.

I had slightly disappointing Mee Siem for dinner. Eh.

Yeah, me? I go in knowing what I want and if I can't find it, get frustrated. I don't wanna search. I want organized and go to.

Unsurprisingly, my wardrobe is boring.

I know many people who feel this way. It's just not the way my brain works. I mean, I know what I *want* to find at the thrift stores, and someday, some bright and sparkly day, I will find a pair of Fluevog Babycakes in my size. But finding other stuff is like a never-ending surprise party!

I need to organize an expedition to the big Goodwill center, where you wear rubber gloves and washable clothes to sort through the bins, and everything is priced by the pound. You can find some amazing stuff there, if you're willing to rummage.
