Zoe: Next time we smuggle stock, let's make it something smaller. Wash: Yeah, we should start dealing in those black-market beagles.

Now tagless for your comfort.

It's entirely possible I just agreed to be Assistant Cubmaster for Owen's cub scout pack. *facepalm*

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

My answer to the Google question would've been something like: "I'd charge 15% less than the going rate to establish myself in the market."

Don't you read flea's girl scout posts at all?

You poor, tragic fool.

information libertarian

I am happy to announce that the Tino in the Girl Scout office quit as of Dec. 31! Now the question is, is it better to have no help, or Tino help?

Edit: also, possibly certainly Cashmere has more social skills than I do.

I am an idiot. Especially since this pack essentially had an entie den change packs because that den leader was an asshole. I just felt sorry for the parent who was looking for help.

Heh. I declare 2011 to be the most awesome year to run a scout troop ever. It will be so.

Three awesome things about this mug-shot: The Hair, the Name, and the sneering attitude.

hip deep in pie

I tried to make a white cake with lemon filling for my coworker tonight. I was worried about the lemon curd, since I'd never made it before. And because I was feeling very tired, I went with the simplest, no fail, white cake recipe I had. The curd was fine, but the cake was an epic fail. Weird overly spongey texture and it totally sank in the middle when I took it out of the oven. Not even salvagable. It's like I subconsciously took the "No fail" part as a challenge.

Tim Roth? WTF? I can't handle the dissonance.

He is wearing makeup!! That's totally hot!!!

Also, it's becoming pretty clear that I am so tired b/c I am getting a cold.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What? I can't even! The choices! The pressure! (not technically SFW) (okay, plain NSFW) (but no naughty pictures)

Megan, I totally love that blog: I subscribed to it a couple of months ago, and it just cheers me up immensely. I am not doomed to a life of pastel sweat-suits like my mother wears!
