Skippity skipping to the end to thank shrift for her instructions. I have saved them and will give them a try tomorrow.
I'm hormonal and on day 2 of no anxiety meds, it's ok, knitting made me cry earlier.

- good thoughts to Windsparrow

More to come. I'm on a wicked roll.
I get new meds on Thursday and I remembered this afternoon that I have different meds for real big anxiety, so I am going to read a bit on the differences and probably halve or quarter one of those for tomorrow and Thursday.
OT - renewed overdue library books
- cleared off kitchen counter

Still nothing.
