T. is keeping it exciting!
So it turns out that I'm staying at the Omni only Sunday and Monday nights. Tuesday and Wednesday nights, I'll be at the Westin South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. I have no idea what this means, geographically, but I thought I should let you all know!
ETA: edited to remove the ASSCAPS that reflect me slowly losing my marbles. It's unseemly.
As part of my New Year attempt to be more productive, I have printed out the Cult of Done Manifesto and put it up in my cubicle.
Clearly that's enough onerous tasks for the day, right?
Costa Mesa is in Orange County, amyth.
So on Monday, I'd love to get together!
Welcome, Aeryn! Congratulations family of Aeryn!
Woohoo BABY! Congrats to the Alters!
Great! What time works for you? I have a friend who already wants to meet on Monday at 4:00. Can you meet a little later than that?
Today is my onerous task day; I am a day late for spontaneous onerous task day. Dammit. Well, to begin with, I must get dressed and get coffee and food. It's the first of three days in a row off (!!), so I lounged with gusto this morning.
Welcome and congratulations to Aeryn and family!
Just in case anyone's feeling all "I haven't accomplished anything significant in my life yet"...
10-year-old Canadian girl discovers a supernova
A 10-year-old girl from Canada has discovered a supernova, making her the youngest person ever to find a stellar explosion.
The Royal Astronomical Society of Canada announced the discovery by Kathryn Aurora Gray of Fredericton, New Brunswick, (wonderful middle name!) who was assisted by astronomers Paul Gray and David Lane.
