Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Wow, Pierre Thomas is having quite a game.

Oh, thank god. That was stressful.

Utah greets our unwilling guests! Enjoy your stay! I believe you can get beer at the airport!

ION, Hubby is perusing the Neiman-Marcus website. He just gasped and said, "Is that a phone number or the price?!"

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Get better sick ones. Travel ma~~~~ to those in need. Esp. E who is under 18 and a Dad that doesn't want to pay the unaccompanied minor fee. E is a good smart kid, but asking him to get from the east coast to west coast alone is too much. His mom ( here on the west coast ) is going crazy. (She can't pay the fee due to odd airport regulations)

I love Utah when I've planned to go there!

I believe you can get beer at the airport!

I don't know, now that I've had my brother's home brew, I'm not sure I can drink anything else.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Come home, megan!

I miss curling up in a ball when sick, or even just when feeling overwhelmed.

Pretty much the definition of parenthood: You are not the one who gets to curl up in a ball.

Just tonight I was thinking about how much easier parenting is with a partner (as I've done with JZ for Matilda) compared to the half-time single parenthood I did with Emmett.

When I had a fever and Emmett had a fever, I still had to take care of him.

In short: here's to you msbelle.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

they are a gorgeous blue and raspberry cotton so I'm thinking of taking them to a tailor and getting them turned into napkins or something useful.

What a great idea.

The kids are in bed and I am eating leftover Portos mango mousse cake. Yay quiet time!

I don't know if anything is still open out there. But I believe one of the local brew pubs--we have several!--might have an outlet at the airport. I hear the Polygamy Porter is good. (Yes, Polygamy Porter, the label is a bearded man surrounded by several women.)
