Well, I think it's over between me and sleep doc. Her solution was to increase the meds and to add fifteen minutes of dancing in the morning. She had a way of making it sound like I was the problem, whereas, really, I'm the patient. With a problem. Which is a whole different vibe. It's not that I complained. It's that I was experiencing adverse effects.

And then we got disconnected (hmmph) after she finished her message, but while I still had things to say. Her response after I said I didn't want to continue the trazadone was to try melatonin and tryptophan and valerian. All of which? I've already tried.

So, you know, whatever. I'll check out the book she wanted me to read, but she's not getting any more of my time or money. I still have an ambien script, and those adverse effects were less bad than these.

My weekend plans: Going to see Great Lake Swimmers tonight and blacksmithing workshop tomorrow and Sunday. I am supposed to wear thick cotton (denim or flannel) top and pants for the workshop. I can do the pants, but I don't think I have any flannel or denim tops.

Figured out two cat mysteries this morning: why Avon's food bowl was empty 30 minutes after it got automatically filled, and why Kripkat didn't wake me up for food this morning. His gums aren't as inflamed and so he ate Avon's dry food! Good, I guess?
