I am one of the few people I know who had their wisdom teeth pulled without anesthesia.
I had mine out with just novocaine and laughing gas. I was awake. Just listened to my iPod during the whole thing. The oral surgeon gave me a few options, and being put under anesthesia kind of scared me.
