Does that make sense? I still call it an 'L' station, as most of the Red Line is in fact elevated. In my mind, 'L' refers to the whole train system, the vast majority of which is above ground, even if some stations are underground.
Well hat else would you call it? It's the El! Or L. But it's not like only the elevated bits are called that and the rest is the subway.
ita you are not the only one who easily says "him" but stumbles over "so and so's....brother?" (I do it too, and end up saying "sibling" usually)
