Angel: Is that what you think you are--a hero? Spike: Saved the world didn't I? Angel: Once. Talk to me after you've done it a couple more times.

'Destiny'

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

lisah, could you remind me which wedding forum you're talking about? I'll have a look - sounds useful. Ebay might well be a good idea for patterns. Would be a lot easier than trying to find a dress. I'm one of those exceptionally dull people who hates the aggravation of shopping. (Sorry, clothes fans.)

Once again, we are not going to complete on our house today, despite having been promised we would. Something about missing certificates which the vendor had previously said were in his possession and which we thought someone's lawyer had seen and which apparently don't exist. We have a builder coming tomorrow to look at the house that does not yet belong to us. The Girl is still leaving for Israel on Monday. It's still going to be at least a week before I can get upstairs at the house that we don't own yet, so I can't oversee any building work while The Girl is away.

Is it time for vodka yet?

move out and draw fire

Clearly I need to start a flower arrangement company that does funky, unusual, geeky, and goth flowers.

Is the blog and

Is the board.

You have to submit an application to join the boards but I've found them to be pretty useful and highly entertaining often in a Oooh glad that's not my trainwreck kind of way.

Always Anti-fascist!

I had something similar once...years later, I found it was a sulfa allergy also. Cold water helped.

Both the blog and the boards look interesting, lisah. I've registered. If they don't like the gays - well, then they'll just have to do without me!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

The swelling isn't affecting my vision, and I'm out and about, so I'm just dealing with it. The itching was the worst, and that's subsided some thanks to the ointment. I look like a bee stung me on my eyelid, but I don't really care.
