Angel: Miss me? Lilah: Only in the sense of…no.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Normally I read the spoiler font. I saw the word Deliverancesque, though, and my sub-brain overruled the clicking finger.

That plus the preceding games discussion caused me to not look. I was eating breakfast at the time.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Love the pasties.

At airport waiting to check in, trying to keep my head from exploding. Y'all, I may become a New Orleanian in body as well as soul by New Year's Day. Really. Am waiting for official offer on dream job with dream org in dream city. ::pinches self:: ::bruises::

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Fingers crossed, smonster!

Nora, if you're around, this craziness with my grandmother has taken up a lot of free time I thought I might have, but I think the husband and I might be free for a meal on Sunday. Is that possible for you and Tom?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Wow, smonster, fingers crossed for you. That's so fast!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Go, smonster!

To put it in Matilda syntax, "I wish for you to have it."

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Shee-it, smonster, you must email me the deets!

Dana, yes, we're free on Sunday. Let me know if you prefer brunch or dinner, and if you have any hankerings and/or dietary limitations, and I'll set up something. (unless you would prefer to do so, and by all means go for it, and let us know where and when to show up. I just figured you have enough on your plate that organizing an outing might be a PITA.)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Dinner would be better, since my parents will both be off doing different things. We eat pretty much anything, and any suggestions you have would be lovely. Keep in mind that this will depend on whatever craziness is going on, and I might have to cancel on short notice.

I don't know if we'll have a car -- I might be able to drop my mother at her thing and pick her back up.

OK... we have a car and can pick you up if you like, or I can find something near the Canal Street streetcar.

Totally understand about the potential for having to cancel.

I'll ping your profile addy with additional thoughts. (today or tomorrow, probably)

Always Anti-fascist!

I'd wear some of the spiky styles on the hair article, but I've been called "sir" wearing a pink blouse before.(Not by an attentive person, but I was really insecure then.)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Not to mention lots more face time with my dream(ish) boy.

Oh, god. So much to do. So much to figure out.

Nora, I'm at the gate waiting to board for another 45 min if you have a moment to call.
