Toilet is fixed. Dude fixed it no time flat! It took longer for the tank to fill up then it did for him to swap out all the parts.
Oh! And while waiting to let in the plumber, since my internet phone number is a local long distance number and USELESS for the front door buzzer, one of my neighbors buzzed himself in. I asked how he did that, and he told me the secret unlock code for the front door! Woot! Now I can order delivery food.
