Every planet has its own weird customs. About a year before we met, I spent six weeks on a moon where the principal form of recreation was juggling geese. My hand to God. Baby geese. Goslings. They were juggled.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Please, let's remember the lessons Wolfram and Hart taught us about evil lawyers.

They are smoking hot and look good with a guitar?

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Every time I cough, the space behind my ears hurts a lot. Huh?

Thrive to spite them

I have a cute nephew story, well two of them.

My bro and Mom are working with him to try and get him towards potty training (he turned 2 in August) and when his diaper is wet he will say "Dry" only it sounds like "Dwhy" meaning he wants a dry diaper.

The other day Mom had some scissors out and was cutting something and E wanted them. OF course Mom told him he couldn't and he had to be an adult to use them.

She said he climbed off the couch (where they were sitting) took a few steps backed, made a very sad face, his eyes filled up with tears and he said "Cwhy. Cwhy"

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Doesn't Santeria (like voudoun) kinda roll well with Catholicism, though?

Yep. Really well. But still, not something you just casually pick up or decide to use.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Turns out my post about Ray was slightly wrong, it's his right side that doesn't work, including the leg, and his left that's doing a Dr. Strangelove.

And his doctor said today that Ray has surprised them before, and to wait and see.

Mom is resting.

Sigh.

ETA; now my niece michelle, who is there, says it is indeed the left side. I don't know any more.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Whew. I just finished a cussing-at-the-sewing-machine session which has yielded a couple of items to be filled with plastic beads or rice for various sensory OT activities for one of the individuals. One of which is done in patchwork out of materials I'd eBayed from vw. Can't wait to get it filled, and take a pic.

Aaaagh. Omg. I bought a kindle YESTERDAY--and dropped it in water today. One day I had the thing!!

As I'm in a hotel room without access to rice (the traditional "put it in to soak up water") any other thoughts? Ive dried it as much as I can, but.
