I spoke with my mom.
She says this morning her boyfriend Ray told her he thought it was almost time for him to go. She said they better get out and enjoy the day then. They went out and enjoyed the day, and when they came back he started hitting the door with his left hand. She asked him what he was doing. He said he was hitting the door.
She got him to the hospital and it took several orderlies and assorted people to get him into a bed and strapped down to examine.
Ray has lost his eyesight and the use of his right arm. His left arm is behaving erratically and is trying to tear apart the bed frame.
I'm not sure if he's going to make it this time.
Damn.
