Oh dear lord, remind me never to move there, I'd send them all screaming! I have a hard enough time with the West Coast, where they are rather less aggro than the East (or, as I like to think of it, way less straightforward, direct, and prompt, in their language!)

Depends on where on the West Coast you are, meara. I've heard of the famous "Seattle Freeze". However, I can assure you that in the West Side of LA, they have no trouble being aggro.

Hah. It's true. I wish I hadn't been socialised to be so passive-aggressive - I don't like it in myself. But it's the way we're all trained to be. Oh but I had a fun year in New York. I did enjoy watching all the angry people.
