You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Happy Birthday, Barb!!!

I am getting to spend time with vw today!

Our wings are not tired

There's also a bar in my neighborhood that does whiskey flights -- I just don't think that can ever end well

There's a bar in downtown Cincinnati that does this as well, I think it's Christie's. They have a very good selection of single malts and their flights are excellent.

Quick fic research question: In "Supernatural", does a ring of salt protect against vampires? Spike and Xander need to know.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's never been demonstrated, Connie.

Grrr ... best way to summon a new caller--have the sentence straight in your head that you want to put in the fic and be about to type it.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Whiskey "flights"? Like, in an airplane? What is this strange and wonderful new thing?

Ring of salt protects against *something*, but not vampires. Witches, maybe? I forget.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Ring of salt protects against *something*, but not vampires.

Slugs?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Laga, I have fav recipes for both but can't post until I get to a real computer. For the creamed spinach, you might find it by Googling "Laurie Colwin creamed spinach with jalapeño peppers."

Ghosts and demons. General symbol of purity.
