I think that's because they say to use it with their unscented/deodorizer free litter. They state farther down not to use it with litters that have baking soda in them. So, I'm thinking they expect people to use it with other litters, but of course they're going to pimp theirs first.

PA and I have come to a mutual 'It's not working' agreement and she appears to understand that this is not a sign of a terrible personal failing (on either part!) Now to try and persuade one of the other candidates that she still wants to work for me despite me having rejected her last week. The Girl is coming home early, on Friday! Good grief, I must have sounded pathetic, coughing my way through a staff meeting this morning. Supervisor was going on about flu season coming up, be extra careful, watch for signs of illness in the residents, we don't want a simple cold turning into pneumonia or something. He was so pointedly looking at me, that I got a bit defensive and blurted out, "I'm not sick, I swear, it's just allergies!" After the meeting, one of my coworkers offered me his extra Nasonex.
