Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Thinking about it, it's worth noting that kids still trick or treat door to door in SF because certain neighborhoods go all out to make an environment conducive to that. There's total neighborhood by-in and everybody is not only home, but on their front stoop, and in costume and everything is decorated, and it's all densely packed so you can really get a lot of candy in a three block tour.

That's in my local neighborhood, but also in megan walker's old neighborhood which runs a cool Harry Potter theme for Halloween every year for the last 10 years.

Re: Halloween costumes....

I remember a few years back working late into the night in Beverly Hills, just before Halloween. It was me, my friend Mark and my friend Cricket. We were taking our "dinner" break at about 2am at the Mel's Diner on Sunset. We saw a bunch of LA trashy looking women with their boyfriends or whatever, and they were all wearing "costumes" so revealing they kind felt like you were watching a porn shoot.

I remember thinking how vastly more attractive Cricket was, all bundled up for working outside at night, than those women in their ultra-revealing "sexy" "costumes".

So it looks like they fixed my dishwasher! Finally. I want to run it, to test it, to make sure it's fine. But, I don't have all that many dirty dishes, and the energy conversationalist in me says WAIT! until its full.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Plus, all those high heels? Miserable for trick or treating.

Well, maybe for turning tricks.
