All right, yes, date and shop and hang out and go to school and save the world from unspeakable demons. You know, I wanna do girlie stuff!

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Much safety~ma for dcp's father.

And plenty of medical~ma to Typo Boy's brother.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Y'all I hurt my back something fierce! LSU sucking is not helping! In good news, we are applied for Visas!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I hurt my back something fierce!

Don't do that!

I had to look away from the Giants/Rockies game as it's been a mindfucker with constant lead changes.

Now it's tied going into the 9th.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I've no idea what I did (well, aside from it feeling hurt, and me deciding I could still do laundry and pick up heavy guitar cases. But, in my defense, I had to clean all the things).

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I went to a lovely wedding tonight for my cousin, it was beautiful, but right now I am even more happy to be eloping. Too much craziness.

Sigh. I got up at noon, and had a headache, and took meds...and for once the muscle relaxants worked, and I slept away most of the afternoon. Eek! So now it's 9PM, I'm awake, and only my shoulder hurts (from sleeping on it??). But there's nothing on TV, and I don't especially feel like getting my act together and going out or anything. Hrmph. Waste of what was a gorgeous day...

Rockies win. Fuck.

Oh, it's just a hard ride to the finish line this year.

Everything's set except there are three teams vying for two spots: Giants, Padres, Braves. And now the Rockies are trying to crash the party.

Eight games left.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Currently on the vacation from Hell. As we were on our descent into Canberra, Ryan threw up all over us. A good half hour's soak before we were able to change into something less decorative. (My introverted self does not cope well with drawing that kind of attention.)

Yesterday evening we had dinner at my sister's. That was fun. Their son (the one who had the aneurysm) is doing well. He's back to walking, his sleep pattern is back to normal and it looks like the seizures are under control. Also saw my dad and my oldest nephew and niece.

Just as well, because I've spent the entire night up and down with a gastric bug. All plans for today are out the window. Wallybee's not feeling well either, though it's less dramatic than my troubles. She's taken Ryan to the park (he's been cooped up inside with his killjoy parents) while I make the acquaintance of the anti-nausea drugs my dad brought over.

Yikes, parenting hell.

I once had to carry Emmett back home from the Arboreteum (half hour walk) covered in his diarrhea. He had the bug, we went through all our backup diapers and finally it was just a forced march with screaming, messy baby.

Ugh.

Hope you guys feel well soon, bt.
