Still of course since Barb does know her will defer to Barb's judgment.
I don't know if it's even looking for a fight so much as an extended stay in the Bitter Barn has warped her beyond redemption.
Even people who have met her casually and think she's nice, admit there's something a little "off" about her.
I'm wondering if she's just pissed off that she paid a patent attorney to do something that doesn't really work, and has to either blame herself for not being more savvy, or blame Barb. And who wants to blame themselves? Of course, idle speculation is kind of... not very helpful.
I'm going to change my name to TM-TM. Then I can sue
everybody.
Kee-rist. Her actual last name means "forgotten" in Italian. I sure as hell hope she doesn't want me to pay her every time I have to tell my father he forgot something. I'll be broke in 24 hours.
My wallet got stolen. Is Beth Riesgraf in Barcelona?
I mean a quick google tells me she'd have to go after at least 3 other people.
And she'd
have
to. One cannot selectively defend one's mark. It's all or nothing. If she's not giving them equal shit Barb could get her "case" tossed on that.
I'm wondering if she's just pissed off that she paid a patent attorney to do something that doesn't really work,
She didn't have to pay anyone. She's a partner in an IP law firm and she got one of the senior partners to sign off on the letter and she's able to file her own shit.
And crap, P-C. I'm sorry to hear that.
Oh, P-C, suck. What happened? Was it on Las Ramblas?
P-C, what was in it? Please tell me your passport was in another location.
She didn't have to pay anyone.
Hmm... fool for a client? I never thought that adage was true.
