Insomnia must be a total mystery to those that have never suffered from it, but it's so brutal.
This. I have trouble sleeping on occasion. And I get a headache once in a while. But all the people I know who suffer from insomnia or migraines - I just can't even imagine. And I feel for you all so much.

brenda is me! I used to have terrible insomnia but thank DOG melatonin does the trick for me. I do not know how I'd cope.
