A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I am ordering today, too, Amy -- this evening, AFTER I get work done. I know myself too well...

Toddson, HA! It would have to be the worlds smallest fascinator; I'm going to be cleaving out, but I think I won't be doing any boobie twirling! (I think.)

ChiKat, I'll insent to you in a few moments. And THANK YOU!! MWAH!

askye, awesome! I am job-maing for you!

Thrive to spite them

I have an interview with the company looking for temp employee. It's casual, jeans are fine. I had an outfit picked out and realized the sweater has a run at the bottom.

So I'm thinking of wearing jeans, this top [link] a loose cardigan style sweater (no buttons) and black flats.

I don't want to be too casual but I don't want to be too dressy.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

IMO, even if the place is casual dress you should be dressed up for an interview. Nice trousers, not jeans.

And the person I spoke to at the temp agency was like "I'm going to send you some interview tips and also all the info about this in an email." That was 1 1/2 hours ago. Still no email. So I called again "Oh, I'm sure you are wondering where that is? I'm sending it right now." That was 10 minutes ago.

ChiKat - according to the temp agency the company specifically said jeans were appropriate and acceptable. I even said "well I wear a pair of slacks and a sweater" and she said "They restated when they set up the interview time that jeans are fine."

Okay I've switched to a pair of gray jeans cut pants. I had a pair of black jeans that almost looked like trousers but they faded and I don't want to wear faded clothes to an interview.
