So I am going to take a shower and be in bed by eight. SO TIRED. Out of town guests are messing with my work-eat-sleep regimen. Also, I told B about my issues with StW. Why? Because I have a big fucking mouth and can't self-edit. It's okay, because he has a sense of humor about how much of an ass he (B) is. WHATEVER. The point is, I am taking a shower and going to bed, and fuck all y'all (general y'all, non-Buffista types) with your going out and your relationships that actually exist and your ability to stay up past 8 pm.
That was supposed to be funny, but I think it missed. Oh well.
Pint night! I had a bourbon and ginger here, in honor. Okay, it was a coincidence, but that counts, right?

I went to Spherion today and had an initial interview. I don't think I did well. However, I will see if I'm just being pessimistic.
Then I went and got my hair cut because I haven't since before I moved and I've defaulted to wearing it in a ponytail and I've felt lazy and sloppy so this is what it looks like now:

It's based on the stylist's cut (which was shorter in the front). I'm not sure I'm exactly sold on the cut but it's a style.

Thanks Kate! I am really happy. Will took the pictures after lunch. The appointment was in South Burlington so I went down there and he was coming up this way and had to do some stuff there and north of St Albans. So I killed time (and got my hair cut). We met for lunch.
Then we both headed back to St Albans and when he was done with his stuff we got to spend some quality time together.
I'm still marveling over getting to see him nearly every day rather than every 6 months or so.
Amy, I meant to ask in the other thread and forgot while I was typing--why are you drinking a $9 beer? Is it made of magic?
I had a decidedly non magic beer that was $9- a 20oz at the airport.
However, I freaking love Raftman, it's one of my fave Unibroue beers. I like Trois Pistoles as well.

The food will include crostini with duck pastrami and smoked bluefish. Also hummus. And probably cheese. And a red velvet doberge cake with cream cheese pudding between the layers and cream cheese icing. So excited, I've been planning this for months!
