I was having a total rejection freakout at about the same time you were.
Oh no!!
Turns out he does still love me so everything's cool!
Oh yay!
I'm still slightly unsettled, and I think I will be until I see him again. Which I hope will be soon.
'Life of the Party'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sigh, Even though we had success today, it seems that does not guarantee that the urethra has healed up, and it may still heal in a way that would be constrictive.
So, catheter back in for another four days. GAH!
I skip a months worth of posts to see Laga has a boyfriend?!? Awesome cakes!! When you say still loves me, is that Spidey?
ION- my brain has serious debate. Found a condo for real inexpensive, that is real pretty on the inside. Has high HOA because they are in a "need funds to fix everything" mode. It's sandwiched between two 55+ communities. In the middle of Orange County sprawl. Financial brain is saying "grab it! You can afford it, it's clean. It's in move in condition!". My emotional brain is saying "it's in the middle of urban sprawl. No neighborhood. No local anything to walk to. Closest non-Spanish supermarket is 2 miles away, and not en route from work". All that to say, the Libra brain can not make a decision of should I make an offer or not.
Heeeeeellllllllppp.
I'd say if you're unsure, don't buy it.
omnis, I'm'a vote "no" from what you're saying -- I don't know any specifics of your budget or wishlist or the market in your area, but it sounds like you're lining up "it's good enough" on the one side vs. a WHOLE lotta reasons you'd be fairly miserable actually living there. When you buy a place, the living there part lasts a whole lot longer than the move-in cuteness.

This.
Oh Taz. I hope you heal up quickly.
I feel like CRAP. Yesterday's vending event on the heels of the badwrong abx has left me feeling as if I've been strung up on a rack. And my brain is all fuzzy. t whine whine whine
Tomorrow I get up early (for me) to go to a tech industry career fair. I'm trying to decide what to wear. I'm thinking black skirts (with petticoats, because I don't hide who I am), black sleeveless (yet high-collar) blouse, pink blazer with narrow black stripes, hair pulled back, glasses. And makeup, but that's a given. What do you folks think?

Yeah, don't do it. Location, location, location. Plus, if they're having huge HOAs now, who knows if they'll need to jack it higher?!?
Aw Taz. Much healing-ma for the poor boo.
That's what I'm thinking. It's just 6 months of only seeing crappy, worn down foreclosure properties makes you grabby fingers at pretty, affordable place.
