I believe I'm about to break down and make an appointment with a doctor. Maybe several doctors. It's not normal to be tired and listless all the time and in pain most of the time, even if I am a middle-aged peri-menopausal woman, is it?
One other thing that you might want to look into as a possible cause is fibromyalgia.
